Based at the Mount Coke Factory / King William's Town, Kidd's Beach or East London, with the ability to travel to Mount Coke.

Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organised and disciplined Admin Manager to oversee administrative and logistics-related functions at their Mount Coke factory. The successful candidate will be strong-minded, structured and able to work effectively in a demanding operational environment. The role requires an individual who is comfortable multitasking, following and executing instructions, taking initiative and maintaining a high level of accuracy. The successful candidate will also interact with the local community and must be able to engage respectfully and professionally.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in administration and/or logistics

• Experience with wage preparation and invoicing

• Strong computer literacy and administrative skills

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

• Own reliable vehicle and Code 08 driver's licence Willingness and ability to travel

• Must be comfortable working in a demanding/operational environment

• Immediately available or able to commence as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the Mount Coke factory

• Prepare and process wage information accurately and timeously

• Handle invoicing and related administrative documentation

• Assist with stock administration and record keeping

• Support logistics and operational administration

• Ensure accurate capturing, processing and maintenance of information

• Follow established procedures, instructions and controls

• Coordinate multiple administrative priorities and meet deadlines

• Identify administrative issues and take initiative to resolve them

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers and relevant external parties

• Travel as required in support of operational requirements

• Engage with the surrounding community in a respectful and professional manner

• Maintain a structured, organised and disciplined approach to all administrative functions
