Admin Controller with experience working in a finance environment

POSITION INFO:

ADMIN CONTROLLER

Salary bracket: R15000.00-R18000.00

Job description

We are looking for an Admin Controller for an international company based in Cape Town. The candidate''s duties include, but are not limited to:

Opening files on internal system;

Invoicing;

Requests for payment;

Collation and capturing of inter-branch invoices;

Interacting with other divisions;

Monthly reports to Manager and Accounting division.

Required Skills and Competencies:

As a minimum, completed BAC (Matric/ A Levels/ High School certificate) with at least 1 year working in an accounting environment or similar experience
Computer literate - especially Excel, Word, Outlook
Be organised and methodical;
Have the ability to work in a team as well as relate well to people from a variety of different backgrounds
Excellent Admin skills
Ability to meet targets based on productivity and effectiveness
Ability to work well under pressure
