SUMMARY:
Administration Clerk required for a company based in Germiston.

POSITION INFO:

Air Conditioning Company in Germiston is looking for an Admin clerk.

Complete tasks accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Must be a people’s person, always friendly, honest, trustworthy, respectful, patient and helpful.

Responsibilities:

o Filing
o Working & invoicing in Job-SYS (will be trained)
o Follow up on sent quotes, purchase orders & SLA’s
o Update SLA job cards on Job-SYS
o Log breakdowns in book & log sheet
o Invoicing
o Monthly lists
o Administration tasks – breakdowns & services

Requirements:

Proven working experience of 3 years.
Proficient with Microsoft office/internet.
Be able to do Excel formulas.
Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
Matric diploma.
Professionalism.
Non-smoker
Drivers licence & own transport

Working hours: 07:30 to 16:30.
