DBN000116: Admin Clerk / Assistant to Bookkeeper - Howick

Purpose of the Job:
Part time position - To perform required office administration and support the Bookkeeper for a large mixed farming operation.

Required Qualifications:

1. Matric
2. Experience in Admin and Bookkeeper Assistant.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Capturing, Filing and Record Management.
2. HR Support
3. Invoices and Administration
4. Credit & Insurance – assist in completing credit applications and insurance claims.
5. Diesel usage reporting – data captured via the SFP App and for SARS submissions.
6. Vehicle Services Scheduling – Track hours/km via the SFP App.
7. Ordering Supplies – feed, diesel and fertilizer.
8. Avocado Accreditation – support accreditation processes.
9. Vehicle Licensing – vehicles are licensed, and records are up to date.

1. Strong administrative and data capturing skills
2. Attention to detail and ability to work independently
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
4. Good Communication and organization skills
5. Previous experience in a farming or agricultural environment would be a plus.
