SUMMARY:
Our client a well established transportation organisation is seeking the services of an Administration Clerk for the West Rand , Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Our client a well established transportation organisation is seeking the services of an Administration Clerk for the West Rand , Johannesburg area.

Successful candidate will be responsible for Debtors and Creditors and general administrative duties.  

WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO ARE PROFICIENT IN PASTEL AND EXCEL. 

Min Requirements 

• Grade 12
• Must have Pastel knowledge and working experience.
• Must have Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge and working experience.
• Must have own transport
• Debtors and Creditors Experience will be advantageous
• Min of 5 years experience in same or similar admin role.
• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work with accuracy
• Must be able to work under pressure and at a very fast pace.
• Experience in Automotive parts, manufacturing, motor or transportation industry will be advantageous.
