Admin / Call Handler

POSITION INFO:

We are currently looking to recruit an Admin/Call Handler to join our team

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administrative support

Advising the customer

Working towards deadlines

Handling complaints

Work well within a team

Person Specification:

You must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to listen to customers well, having good attention to detail and dealing with high levels of data is also desirable.

Confident using Microsoft Office

Must be able to work independently

No experience required
