A well-established Consulting business in Plettenberg Bay is looking for an Admin Assistant / Data Capturer to join their team ASAP on a temporary basis for a few months.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Data capture on Excel and MS Word
- Typing documents and General Administration, filing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Office Support 

Requirements:
- Minimum Matric with Accounting, Mathematics highly recommended
- Bookkeeping certificate advantageous
- Exceptional typing speed, organisational ability and sound Excel knowledge essential
- Minimum 1-2 years’ proven experience in a similar role with contactable references
- Must be living in or around Plettenberg Bay (NOT negotiable)
- Must be willing to work in an open-plan office, work office hours
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Required to be fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Attention to detail
- NON-SMOKER

- Excellent work ethic (NOT negotiable)
- Able to work well under pressure and strong time management skills in a fast-paced industry

Package & Remuneration:
R6,000 (negotiable depending on qualifications and experience)
