POSITION INFO:
Description:
Our client is looking for a dynamic, well-presented and friendly individual to join their team in a dual Administration and Telesales role. The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating with clients and able to handle both administrative and warehouse-related responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
Telesales & Client Communication
- Conduct telesales to existing and new clients (inbound and outbound)
- Maintain and grow relationships with current customers
- Professionally handle client queries via telephone and email
- Must have a friendly and confident personality when speaking to clients
Administration Duties- General office administration support
- Communicate with head office regarding orders and invoices
- Process and manage invoices accurately
- Perform POD (Proof of Delivery) reconciliations against invoices
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Warehouse Support- Assist with stock checks and stock takes
- Ensure stock accuracy and reporting discrepancies when needed
- Work closely with warehouse team to maintain inventory control
Requirements:- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- Fluent in Afrikaans
- Previous experience in administration, telesales, or customer service (advantageous)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Email) required
- Comfortable working with invoicing, PODs, and stock control processes
- Experience in stock checks / stock take will be an advantage
- Strong numerical and administrative accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
- Willingness to work in a combined role (admin + sales + warehouse support)
Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 (Monday - Friday)
