Our client, based in Markman, Gqeberha, has an opportunity available for an Admin & Sales Assistant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Checking of transactions sent from retailers (Checking of POD’s)
Data capturing, scanning of paperwork, filing
Invoicing & Billing
Phoning of debtors, statements / ledgers – keeping customer accounts within term and limits
Daily/ Weekly reconciliations
Attending to emails/customer & other internal queries
Keeping track of daily orders placed
Creating purchase orders, when necessary
Working with the standby phone when needed (after hours)
Assisting with any other duties given by immediate manager/ supervisor

Requirements:

Matric
Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
