Our client, based in Markman, Gqeberha, has an opportunity available for an Admin & Sales Assistant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • Checking of transactions sent from retailers (Checking of POD’s)
  • Data capturing, scanning of paperwork, filing
  • Invoicing & Billing
  • Phoning of debtors, statements / ledgers – keeping customer accounts within term and limits
  • Daily/ Weekly reconciliations
  • Attending to emails/customer & other internal queries
  • Keeping track of daily orders placed
  • Creating purchase orders, when necessary
  • Working with the standby phone when needed (after hours)
  • Assisting with any other duties given by immediate manager/ supervisor
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
