SUMMARY:
Our client an International Financial Advisory firm is seeking an Admin and Accountants Assistant to join their team in their Sandton offices. Experience in banking (international), investment firms, financial or corporate would be ideal with no less than 3 years experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Recording and maintaining all documents, letters, contracts, bills etc. of:
Employees
Clients
Vendors
Office Premise Owner
Building Administration/Management
Office Asset
Insurance etc.
Updating Client Contact List

Maintaining Business Travel related records such as:
Passport
VISA

–   Ticketing

–   Hotel bookings

–   Out of Pocket Expenses (OPE) etc.
