SUMMARY:
A reputable FMCG organisation specialising in manufacturing consumable goods is seeking for immediately available accounts receivable administrators to join the organisation. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the full creditors function of the entity. If this is your ideal role, please apply!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

NDip or Bcom Accounting Sciences
A minimum of two years’ experience within an FMCG environment
Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP

Job description & Skills

Management of customer collections
Allocation of cash transactions
Updating and reporting on all receivables
Maintenance of the master data
Preparation and consolidations of all reconciliations
Issuing of monthly customer statements
Resolving customer queries
Ad hoc duties as per finance department
