A well-established IT and telecommunications conglomerate seeks an experienced and driven Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their finance team based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. *Please note this position requires an incumbent that has a reliable internet connection and home-office setup.

A well-established IT and telecommunications conglomerate seeks an experienced and driven Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their finance team based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

*Please note this position requires an incumbent that has a reliable internet connection and home-office setup.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Daily allocation of bank statements

Attend to remittance desk

Submit debit orders and credit card batches

Prepare and submit customer refunds

Process transfer requests

Manual billing requests

Process inter-company credits

Attend to unapplied payments

Any other adhoc duties as required by AR Manager

Education:

Matric (Grade 12) with mathematics and accounting subjects

Relevant finance qualification will be advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

2 to 3 years' experience within a similar role

IT and telecoms industry exposure would be ahighly advantageous

Advanced MS Excel skills

Own reliable transport

Good relationship building skills

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Strategic thinker

Team player

Deadline driven

Meticulous attention to detail
