SUMMARY:
Well-known institution in the Cape Town region is currently seeking a junior finance clerk with a minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience. You will work from home 2-3 times per week. To find out more; please share your CV with me

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Capturing and processing supplier invoices to ensure timely payments of supplier/vendor invoices and expenses and correct allocation in the general ledger
Following up on outstanding supplier invoices and reconciling of supplier ledgers
Attending to supplier payment queries
Compiling supplier payment schedule
Distributing and liaising with various department heads
Loading payments on various payment platforms

Qualification:
Finance Certificate
