Position Overview:

A global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems is seeking to appoint as Accounts Payable Clerk.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will support the Finance team by managing the AP Process. Act as stand in for Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Match Intercompany Invoices to Receipts
• Prepare Intercompany Payment schedules
• Perform intercompany Reconciliation at month end
• Process third party invoices onto Oracle & load onto Bank for payment
• Process all payment transactions released on bank onto Oracle
• Process expense claims
• Perform GL to AP/GRNI reconciliation in blackline
• Daily Cashflow Management – Payments
• QDIP & SOP creation and updates

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required:

• A completed Diploma in Accounting, Finance
• A minimum of 3 years accounts payable experience working in a multinational working environment.
• Use of financial reporting tools such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, ERP system and Oracle.
• Strong track record of driving continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to manage time well
• Strong development and role specific training pipeline within field indicating continuous self-development is mandatory
