JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client seeking a strong Accounts Payable admin to join their finance team in Paarl.

Duties:

Ensure all invoices and monthly statements are obtained
Ensure an accurate and efficient monthly closing of Accounts Payable
Follow up on discrepancies
Provide ad-hoc support to management
Reconciliations
Accurate processing of purchasing and payment documents

Requirements:

Matric (certificate required)
Diploma qualification (required)
2 + Years’ experience in a similar role
Advanced Excel & ERP Great Plains skills is beneficial
Telecom industry experience required
