JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client seeking a strong Accounts Payable admin to join their finance team in Paarl. 

 

Duties:

  • Ensure all invoices and monthly statements are obtained
  • Ensure an accurate and efficient monthly closing of Accounts Payable
  • Follow up on discrepancies
  • Provide ad-hoc support to management
  • Reconciliations
  • Accurate processing of purchasing and payment documents

 

Requirements:

  • Matric (certificate required)
  • Diploma qualification (required)
  • 2 + Years’ experience in a similar role
  • Advanced Excel & ERP Great Plains skills is beneficial
  • Telecom industry experience required
