JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established firm in the entertainment industry has an opportunity for an Accounts Payable to join their team on a permanent base at N4 Gateway Industrial Park in Pretoria-East area

Minimum requirements:

Matric
5+ years within the same or similar role - full function creditors duties
Excellent time management skills
Inter-Company transaction experience
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Sage Cloud Accounting as well as Pastel Partner experience is a must
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Duties includes, but not limited to:

Print weekly invoices that needs to be paid
Prep EFT requisitions for weekly supplier payments
Capture of supplier invoices into the accounting package
Recharges of inter-company invoices
Capturing of recharge invoices
Monthly supplier recons with supplier statements
Filling of supplier invoices
