POSITION INFO:

An established professional services environment is looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Accounts Administrator to support a broad range of bookkeeping, compliance and administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering accurate work.

This role offers a remote working setup with regular in-person meetings in Durbanville, making it ideal for a disciplined self-starter who can manage multiple priorities independently.

What you'll be doing

• Processing and reconciling bookkeeping transactions through to balance sheet
• Managing CIPC-related administration, including company registrations, annual returns, beneficial ownership updates, and company changes
• Handling UIF and OID/WCA registrations, submissions, and maintenance
• Assisting with SARS eFiling registrations, appointments, maintenance, and queries
• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
• Managing multiple client or company tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail and time management

What they're looking for

• Sage Pastel Partner Accounting
• Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation experience
• Working knowledge of CIPC, SARS eFiling, UIF and OID/WCA processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Excellent multitasking and organisational skills
• Highly disciplined, self-managed and able to work effectively in a remote environment
• Own computer, stable internet connection and backup power/connectivity solutions for uninterrupted work
• Own reliable transport and availability for meetings in Durbanville when required
