SUMMARY:
An established company specializing in housing and developments is looking to appoint a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Administrator to join their team. Based in Randburg.

POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will possess strong administrative abilities, proven experience in financial reconciliations, and be confident in managing the cashbook.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day financial and administrative tasks
Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
Manage and maintain the cashbook accurately
Support accounts payable and receivable functions
Assist in preparing monthly and year-end financial reports
Maintain filing systems for financial documents
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers where necessary
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) is essential
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an accounts administration or similar role
Strong skills in financial reconciliation and general admin
Experience with handling and reconciling the cashbook
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
