We're looking for passionate, unemployed graduates (ages 18–35) to join our 24-month Learner Programme in Financial Accounting & Reporting, based in Centurion. ? Minimum Requirements:

South African citizen with no prior full-time work experience
A completed three-year tertiary qualification in one of the following fields:
- Mathematical Statistics / Data Science
- Agricultural Economics
- Business Management
- Finance (Financial Management or Cost & Management Accounting)

Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
A proactive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

? Key Responsibilities:

Complete assigned duties and learning activities under mentorship
Contribute to research, reports, presentations, and admin
Engage actively in learning interventions and workplace development
