Working hours: Monday – Friday – 07:30 – 16:00
Type: Office based – Permanent
Area: close to Grootfontein, Pretoria

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Knowledge of Accounting Software and Payroll Systems (Pastel)
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
2+ Years experience in Accounting and Payroll (Payroll processing, tax compliance and benefit administration)
Experience within engineering, manufacturing, automotive industry would be beneficial
Own reliable vehicle is essential

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Process payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax returns
Collaborate with HR and Finance team to ensure smooth operations
Manage accounts receivable
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, law and regulations
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations
Manage and reconcile petty cash fund
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of petty cash transactions
Process and record small transactions, including expenses and reimbursements
Process and prepare sundry creditor payments in a timely and accurate manner
