Are you a tech-savvy Accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment? I am looking for a detail-oriented professional to join a premier Independent Multi-Family Office specializing in global investment strategies.

This role is perfect for someone looking to build a long-term career within a stable, growth-oriented organization.

The Core Focus

You will be the hands-on driver of financial processing and reporting. While 90% of the workflow is in Xero, you will also manage consolidations in Syft and maintain a select group of clients on Pastel.

Key Responsibilities

Full-function processing on Xero and Pastel.

Handling complex Foreign Currency Transactions.

Preparing Monthly Management Accounts, Budgets, and Forecasts.

Managing full-cycle tax compliance: VAT, PAYE, EMP501, and Dividend Declarations.

Maintaining Fixed Asset Registers and Audit files.

Requirements

Software Mastery: Advanced Xero skills are non-negotiable.
Experience with Syft and Pastel is highly advantageous.

Qualifications: A Degree in Accounting is required. While a SAIPA registration is preferred for its technical foundation, it is not a strict dealbreaker if you have the equivalent expertise.

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and a strong command of English.

Soft Skills: A positive attitude with the ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively.

Monthly Salary: R30,000.
