POSITION INFO:

Job Position: Accountant - Business and Property Investment Analyst

Ref: 3671

Location: Port Elizabeth

Salary:  R20 000 to R30 000per month commensurate with experience and qualification

6 month contract

Qualifications / Requirements:

• B.Com: Accounting (Honours)
• Studying towards a CA qualification highly advantageous
• Minimum of 5 years experience in general practice accounting firm
• Utilize accounting programs
• MS Office Suite – Advanced (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Excel skills: Pivot tables / advanced formulas
• Financial analysis and reporting

Key Performance Areas:

• Responsible for day to day management of a team of approximately 4 people
• Ensure the team performs in terms of meeting certain targets as well as ensure internal process are implemented, followed and proper records kept
• Core focus of the team to be managed will be to canvass niche businesses and properties to determine whether same are for sale and if so collate the necessary due diligence information
