POSITION INFO:
Our client is a respected and well-established manufacturing organisation with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and operational excellence. With a long-standing presence in the industry, the company is committed to delivering high-quality products while continuously investing in its people, processes, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
Process journals, accruals, and general ledger transactions.
Perform bank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Provide assistance during internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities where required.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

BCom Accounting Degree
Honours (Advantageous)

Experience:

1-3 years' experience in an Accounting or Junior Accountant role.
Manufacturing industry exposure will be advantageous.
Experience with reconciliations, journals, and month-end processes.
Exposure to financial reporting and general accounting functions.
