As the Reporting Accountant, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting across multiple entities while supporting month-end processes, audit preparation, and management reporting.

As the business continues to grow, you'll also gain exposure to international operations, foreign exchange transactions, and the implementation of a new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly management and group reporting packs
• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes
• Produce meaningful financial analysis and performance commentary
• Support the preparation of Annual Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information across multiple entities
• Audit & Compliance
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
• Liaise with internal and external auditors during audit cycles
• Maintain compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls
• Support statutory reporting requirements
• Business Analysis & Commercial Support
• Perform variance analysis and investigate financial trends
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist leadership with reporting that drives informed business decisions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
• Systems & Process Improvement
• Work extensively with Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Support the migration from QuickBooks to Acumatica
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve financial processes
• Assist with system enhancements and reporting efficiencies

• BCom Accounting or Finance
• Completed articles advantageous
• 1–3 years' post-qualification experience
• Strong exposure to management reporting
• Experience preparing audit files in accordance with IFRS
• Foreign exchange exposure advantageous
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with QuickBooks beneficial; exposure to Acumatica advantageous
• Self-motivated
