POSITION INFO:

A dynamic organisation based in Bryanston is looking for an accountant to join their team and take ownership of day-to-day financial processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is extroverted, outspoken, and confident, with the ability to manage pressure, communicate effectively, and stay on top of the numbers in a busy operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the full bookkeeping function
Processing and maintaining financial records and transactions
Performing bank and account reconciliations
Assisting with creditors and debtor administration
Preparing financial information for reporting purposes
Supporting the finance team with day-to-day operational accounting tasks
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
Job Experience and Skills Required

BCom qualification

2–3 years’ experience in a bookkeeping or accounting support role
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and reconciliations
Good systems knowledge and strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
