POSITION INFO:
In fast-paced environments, strong finance support keeps everything running smoothly — from invoicing to collections. A growing organisation is looking for a Financial Accountant / Clerk to take ownership of key transactional processes and support the broader finance function.

Based in Centurion, this role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, assertive, and not afraid to take control of processes. You’ll be working closely with internal teams and clients, ensuring that billing, allocations, and creditor functions are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing quotes and invoicing on Pastel
• Performing payment allocations and account reconciliations
• Handling the creditors function, including supplier payments
• Assisting with day-to-day financial operations
• Resolving client and supplier queries efficiently
• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks and reporting

• BCom qualification (advantageous but not essential)
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong experience with Pastel
• Solid understanding of invoicing, allocations, and creditors
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, transactional environment
