POSITION INFO:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Process supplier and customer invoices, payments, purchase orders, and account setups in Sage X3
Manage petty cash and perform reconciliations
Support rebate and listing fee calculations with finance and marketing teams
Revalue foreign currency balances monthly
Prepare and file VAT returns; assist tax consultants
Maintain fixed assets and lease registers
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, cash book, and expenses; ensure correct posting and VAT compliance
Perform monthly balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
Produce management accounts with variance analysis
Assist budget preparation and monitor spending
Monitor bank balances and support cash flow forecasting
Ensure internal controls compliance
Manage payment processing, banking records, and signatories
Provide audit schedules and resolve queries
Help prepare IFRS financial statements using Caseware
Support senior finance with analysis and ad hoc tasks
Assist with government reporting and other duties as needed
 
Skills & Experience:
SAIPA/SAICA articles completed
Minimum 2-3 years of expierence in a similar role

Qualification:
BCom degree
AGA(SA) or PA(SA) registered beneficial
