POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes.
Investment Analysis & Support:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis of investment portfolios, including performance tracking and valuation assessments.
- Collaborate with investment teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums and reports for stakeholders.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and report on variances.
Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure robust internal controls are in place and functioning effectively

Qualifications and Experience:

Registered Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).
1-3 years’ post-articles experience in asset management, investment banking, or financial services.
Strong proficiency in financial reporting standards and investment performance analysis.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
