Minimum Requirements: 

• Qualifications: BCompt or equivalent degree (essential)
• Professional Membership: SAIPA preferred
• Experience: Must be a qualified accountant

Key Performance Areas:  

• Key account invoicing and Key client care
• SLA management and invoicing control with monthly report backs
• Debtors Ageing control and sales reporting on the Group to management
• Debtors management (over other staff with collections and data integrity on SAGE)
• All Cashbooks processing
• Month end Journals for management reporting
• Overseeing the Debit Orders System and management
• Overseeing Creditors and payment preps
• Loading of payments onto ABSA Bi system
• Overseeing Petty cash control and reports
• Loading and control of DB cash cards
• Audit preparations
• VAT checks and preparations
• Monthly Management Report preparations
• Monthly Trading Account expense reports to management
• Overseeing and management of Uniform system and stock control
• Overseeing the management and control of Technical division stock control and invoicing
