A well-established leader in the Courier & Logistics industry is looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing key client accounts, providing outstanding service, and ensuring customers receive the best logistics solutions

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture a portfolio of key customer accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding each client's business needs
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Proactively resolve customer queries and operational challenges
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services and solutions
Conduct regular client visits, account reviews, and performance meetings
Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service
Monitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement
Prepare quotations, reports, and account performance updates
Ensure client retention while contributing to overall business growth

Requirements:

Previous Account Management or Account Executive experience within the Courier, Express, Logistics or Freight industry
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
Responsible for managing an existing portfolio of accounts while identifying opportunities to upsell and grow revenue within those accounts
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
