• Previous experience in an Account Manager, Client Relationship, or Customer Success role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities

• Strong administrative and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support
• Understand client needs and ensure successful service delivery
• Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to maintain satisfaction

Account Growth & Business Development

• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Upsell and cross-sell services where appropriate
• Assist in developing strategic account plans and client retention initiatives
• Support new business opportunities and client onboarding

Project & Operational Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Coordinate project updates, reporting, and client feedback
• Resolve issues efficiently and proactively manage client expectations
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting across accounts

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare account reports, forecasts, and performance updates
• Track account activity, billing, and service performance
• Maintain accurate CRM and client records
