Account Handler (Customer Service)

SUMMARY:
NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUNG DYNAMIC, DRIVEN ENTRY LEVEL CANDIDATES - Account Handlers x 6

To solicit motor insurance leads by building and maintaining relationships with business partners and to attend to the leads that are solicited by calling, quoting and finalizing contractual agreement of insurance policies with clients & upselling essential products.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish relationships - Call representatives of breeder operations, and other business partners when instructed (cold calling and pre-qualified leads) in order to initiate and build relationships to generate motor insurance leads for clients buying or adopting motors. Speak to receptionists, practice managers, marketing managers to clear the parth to set up working relationships
• Preserving relationships - Maintain contact with all partners on your partner base on basis specified per partner type, set by management. Address and solve issues that arise within the relationship that cause lead numbers to decrease or stop
• Brand Representation - Create opportunities for the organization to expand their presence within the breeder, and over-arching motor industry
• Sales Related Tasks - Assist in monitoring and addressing lead quality issues to maintain conversion targets on leads generated

• Capture all leads generated on portal, received from various communication channels (emails, whatsapp, telephone)
• Provide feedback to partners on leads in a timeous manner to ensure a smooth service delivery
• Assist the sales team with any necessary client information to allow them to quote the leads generated
• Follow up with partners, client care and retentions on cancellations of their referred policies in order to protect the quality of business, cancellation rates and support portfolio growth
• Monitor and manage referral fee payments to partners, including liaising with supporting departments such as Client Care, and Retentions.
• Keep all contact details of partners correct, as well as payment and tax information, to ensure speedy service and full compliance with financial guidelines
• Track partner performance and compile reporting as guided

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• Matric
• 2 years' experience in a customer service driven environment
• Fluent in English - additional languages such as Sepedi, Tsongo, Sotho
• Fully computer literate - MS Office Suite
• RE5 - hugely advantageous
