Abnormal Load Consultants Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Durbanville area is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to fill the role of Abnormal Load Consultants Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

POSITION INFO:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate administrative tasks for the Abnormal Load Consultants team, including organizing schedules, managing correspondence, and maintaining files and records.
• Assist with project coordination.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to provide information and support as needed.
• Provide general administrative support for the team, such as managing office supplies, handling incoming calls, and processing expenses.
• Assist with research and data analysis tasks as needed to support the team’s projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
