Phase 1: 3-Week Work Readiness Bootcamp

Phase 2: 12-Month Accredited Learnership (Paid Opportunity)

Learners who successfully complete the bootcamp may:

💼 Be placed on a 12-month accredited learnership
💰 Earn a monthly stipend
📜 Receive a nationally recognised qualification
📈 Be considered for permanent employment within ATM

Our goal is to absorb top performers into permanent roles after the learnership.
