SUMMARY:
AI AGENT & SOFTWARE DEPLOYER

POSITION INFO:

IMFORCE is looking for a practical AI Agent and Software Deployer who can use artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), APIs, automation tools and prompt-based development platforms to build working business solutions.

The successful candidate must be able to turn a business requirement into a functional AI agent, automated workflow, internal application, dashboard or software solution. This is not only a prompt-writing position—the person must be capable of building, integrating, testing and deploying reliable systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

Build and deploy AI agents and AI assistants.
Create software and internal tools using platforms such as AppDeploy and similar AI-assisted development tools.
Write and improve system prompts, workflows, decision rules and AI guardrails.
Connect AI solutions to CRMs, databases, email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace and other systems through APIs and webhooks.
Develop tools for recruitment, candidate screening, lead generation, sales, reporting and administration.
Test and improve the accuracy, reliability and security of AI systems.
Monitor API usage, software costs and system performance.
Maintain complete documentation, source code, prompts and system configurations.
Train employees to use newly developed systems.
Ensure compliance with POPIA, confidentiality and company security requirements.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Proven experience building AI agents, applications or automated workflows.
- Experience working with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar models.
- Strong prompt-engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI-assisted, low-code or no-code software-development platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases and software integrations.
- Ability to test, troubleshoot and deploy functional solutions.
- A portfolio or demonstration of previous AI or software projects.
Experience with Python, JavaScript, n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, CrewAI, Supabase, Firebase or similar technologies will be advantageous.

A formal qualification is beneficial but not essential. Practical ability and a strong project portfolio will carry greater weight.

- Accuracy, reliability and user adoption of developed solutions.
- On-time project completion.
- Proper documentation and system handover.
- Control of development, API and hosting costs.
