POSITION INFO:

 Salary: R35,000 – R40,000 CTC

A leading seed breeding and production company is seeking an experienced Agronomist / Technical Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

This role combines technical agronomy expertise with strong sales ability, supporting farmers and agents while driving product performance and market growth.

 Minimum Requirements:
• 2–5 years’ experience in seed sales or agronomy
• Relevant qualification in Agronomy or related field
• Strong technical knowledge of agricultural seed products
• Valid driver’s licence (non-negotiable)
• Own reliable transport
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for seed products
• Provide technical support and advice to farmers and agents
• Conduct and support product trials and evaluations
• Present at farmer days, study groups, and industry events
• Achieve sales targets and manage budgets
• Assist with stock control and consignment management
