SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Aftersales Manager to lead the Aftersales Department, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable profitability. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership, and a customer-first mindset.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Management diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in the motor industry or similar technical environment
Technical qualification or background
Strong financial acumen
Experience in a dealership or automotive service leadership role
Comm or similar tertiary qualification
Strong customer and service orientation
Business strategy and financial insight
