A career opportunity exists at REINHARDT TRANSPORT GROUP – BM Hauliers, HEIDELBERG for the position of:

ADMIN – ADMINISTRATOR (Temporary)

Provide administrative support, ensure smooth operation of the office and maintain a high level of organisation and efficiency.

POSITION INFO:
Job Summary: (not limited to)

Administrative: Perform various administrative tasks i.e. answering of telephone calls, responding to emails and greet visitors.
Assist other departments with various administrative tasks when necessary.
Data Capturing: Accurate and efficiently enter data onto company systems and maintain up to date records and data base were necessary.
Document Management: Maintain and update company documentation.

Requirement:

Matric
Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in an administrative function (Previous experience in a logistics or transportation environment will be an added advantage)
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills on all levels
Strong organizational and time management abilities
High attention to detail
Be able to work well under pressure

Remuneration:
To be discussed in the interview
