SUMMARY:
AN ADMINISTRATOR URGENTLY NEEDED IN JOHANNESBURG

POSITION INFO:

a)Fastidious commitment and attention to detail with customer, event and advertising details, tracking event activities and submitting required information.

b) Proactive management of office responsibilities and problem-solving, including ensuring required feedback and input from your manager and trainers.

c) Interpersonal relationship-building skills with clients (schools), including a confident telephone presence to make calls to promote the topics of company courses and make sure that company events have enough delegates to make them viable.

d) Excellent spoken and written English, especially as we are in the education sector.

e) Previous experience and demonstrable competence with Excel. The employee needs strong digital competence to update Website details and manage on-line delegate access and/or communication using email servers like MailChimp and on-line platforms on Wix. Simple video editing skills would be an advantage, as would be experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams video-conferencing.

f) Ability to work independently and probably from home, connecting weekly with other Company Team Members in person or on-line at the discretion of the organization. He/she should have her own laptop/computer and good WiFi connectivity at home for effective distance working. He/she must have a driver''s licence and their own vehicle.

To manage administration tasks impeccably, and to use electronic and telephonic communication to maintain trusted reputation and meet targets for workshops and in- school training.

1. Managing Administration of Company Events, including extensive and proactive co-ordination with trainers and host schools on topics, dates and technical requirements, promotion and documentation.

2. Updating and analyzing Data Bases of clients, so that client contact information is correct and also to have a clear understanding of which schools/clients to focus on to get the best traction and event delegate numbers.

3. Using existing email servers and formats to create mailers for all events, tracking and following up on responses to achieve targets.

4. Specific times will be dedicated to making phone calls and WhatsApp messages/campaigns with clients (schools) to promote workshops.

5. Managing client access to company''s on-line courses, as well ensuring their application tasks are completed and assessed and their professional development (SACE) points are awarded.

6. Generating Training Proposals for schools, using existing templates.

7. There may be other responsibilities that arise to support the company Team or grow our impact
