ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (INVENTORY CONTROL) - HOWICK

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (INVENTORY CONTROL) for a well-established, growing concern, position based in Howick, Midland’s area.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Qualification in Administration, Accounting, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Management is required.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Person must be able to speak, read and write English competently.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). SAP or MS Business Central experience advantageous.

3+ yrs previous experience in a similar position.

Check daily production variances.

Complete stock transfers on SAP and Business Central.

Daily checking of finished goods stock reports.

Manage transactions in the stock control software (Cquential).

Assist in daily, weekly and monthly stock takes.

Investigation of any stock count variances.

Where necessary liaise with Production and Accounting departments for stock counting accuracy and information.

Stock reconciliation – WMS with Business Central and SAP.

DC related administration, as required.
