WE’RE HIRING: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 

Location: Potchefstroom, North West
Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 CTC
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday)
Position Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

Our client is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic admin team. If you enjoy working with people, have strong organisational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, this opportunity is for you! 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Grade 12
- Valid driver’s license (non-negotiable)
- 1–2 years administrative experience
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (read, write & speak)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Trustworthy, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Result-driven with strong planning skills

COMPUTER SKILLS
- Strong administrative and computer literacy skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency essential
- MS Dynamics experience will be advantageous

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Switchboard management
- Direct client and agent administration
- Commission calculations
- Assist sales team and walk-in clients
- Intensive stock control
- Logistics administration
- Debtor and creditor administration
