SUMMARY:
Our client in PINETOWN (KZN) URGENTLY requires an ADMINISTRATION CLERK to commence immediately!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB OVERVIEW:

To process customer documentation, supplier documentation and other warehouse administration documentation accurately and efficiently.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily processing of supplier invoices and credit notes on Pastel Evolution
Daily processing of customer invoices and credit notes on Pastel Evolution.
Issuing and invoicing of marketing materials and uniform stocks on receipt of store orders as per set procedures and according to the delivery schedule.
Dealing with customer and supplier queries.
Investigating stock/customer and supplier queries on Pastel Evolution.
Weekly and monthly Petty Cash reconciliations on Excel. Reporting discrepancies to the Administration Manager.
Assisting with monthly stock takes i.e. physical counts and recounts. Ensuring all invoices are received and processed and sending it to the Administration Manager.
Completing the supplier delivery list control sheet daily.
Sending through the stock shortage reports to the Administration Manager daily. Shortages need to be investigated and rectified where possible e.g. incorrect invoicing.
Promptly sending through supplier documentation to the Creditors Clerk and the Administration Manager on a daily and weekly basis.
Ensuring all filing is up to date.
Performing any other reasonable duty as required by management.
Load and process IBT’s (inter branch transfers) for stock from Pretoria warehouse to Kwa Zulu Natal warehouse. Assist with checking the stock received from Pretoria.
Communicating any issues relating to IBT’s with the Warehouse and Logistics Manager in Pretoria.

WORKING HOURS:

7am to 4pm Monday to Friday
Saturday morning once a month to assist with stock take
