ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (HALF-DAY) - PIETERMARITZBURG, KWAZULU-NATAL

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (HALF-DAY) for a growing concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Relevant qualification/s.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

3+ yrs working experience in a similar position.

Receiving and despatching stock.

Stock rotation of consignment stock.

Merchandising of stock.

Booking in repairs and returns and following up on these.

Checking paperwork / following up on outstanding paperwork

Filing / scanning of documents.

General administration such as handling and submitting leave forms, rosters, etc.

Housekeeping.
