About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic 360 Recruiter to join our team. As a full-cycle recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement. This role requires strong sales and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates. The ideal candidate bills above R200 000 pm consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and marketing to potential clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
- Understand clients'' hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate terms of business with new and existing clients.
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct headhunting to attract top talent.
- Screen and assess candidates through interviews, competency-based assessments, and reference checks.
- Match candidates to suitable job roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates through the interview and hiring process, providing feedback and career guidance.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job briefing and advertising to candidate placement.
- Conduct thorough interviews and shortlisting processes, ensuring high-quality submissions.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, gathering feedback to facilitate a successful hiring process.
- Oversee the offer negotiation process, handling counteroffers and onboarding support.
Market Research & Industry Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Provide market insights and advice to clients regarding hiring strategies and workforce planning.
- Identify and attend industry networking events and recruitment fairs to strengthen business relationships.
Administrative & Compliance Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a 360-recruitment role.
- Must bill above R200 000 pm consistently.

- Proven track record in business development and sales within a recruitment environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
