SUMMARY:
3 Month Fixed Term Contract position for an experienced Medical Receptionist/ Bookkeeper for a new Medical Practice in Ballito.

POSITION INFO:

Good command of the Afrikaans and English language
Must maintain confidentiality
Display excellent customer service
Ability to handle conflict situations (staff/patients)
Efficient processing of the job-card/patient info form through obtaining the correct details (medical aid, contact details, signatures etc.) from patients.
As well as ensuring accurate data capture of patient details, referring Doctor’s name & Practice number and examinations.
Medical Aid Authorization process. 11. Awareness & control of budgets and controllable cost telephones/ stationery/ petty cash etc.
Cash Handling, receipts and banking.
