SUMMARY:
We are looking for a confident and SALES and CUSTOMER-FOCUSSED individual to join our team at our luxury homeware Experience Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to represent premium products in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Fluency in Afrikaans & English is essential!

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements & Skills:

Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in premium retail or luxury environments
Willing to work retail hours
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player
Professional, well-presented, and confident in client-facing interactions

Key Responsibilities

Meet and greet all Experience Centre visitors, identifying their needs;
Provide product advice, encourage consumers to actively try all products, do demonstrations, create quotes, and close sales;
Assist and support the Field Sales Representatives in the daily operations of the Experience Centre;
Handle the cash register and incoming telephone calls;
Capture consumer data, provide quotes with every possible opportunity, and follow up with consumers;
Identify opportunities for cross- and up-selling;
Book customers for appointments or events.
Assist in "on-sale" execution of events;
Determine areas of improvement (standards, processes etc.) on a regular basis;
Handle consumer complaints;
Monitor stock levels of appliances, AC products and POS materials;
Project business – providing administrative support in the form of order/data capturing.
