JOB REQUIREMENTS

• FULL Somatology Diploma.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• 3-4 years of working experience in a busy Spa environment as a Somatologist doing Somatology Treatments.
• Experience with ALL Beauty Treatment.
• Offer top quality Manicures & Pedicures, and Nail Treatments (Gel, Nail Polish Application, Nail Art an Advantage).
• Offer proper Hand & Foot Massage.
• MASSAGES Incl: (Aromatherapy, Sports, Reflexology, Deep tissue, Lymphatic, Calabash or Rungu)
• Experienced with Equipment Operations
• Facials Hands-On: (Microneedling, Hydra Facial, Dermaplaning, Chemical peels)
• Waxing & Threading (Sugar Waxing an Advantage)
• Brow Lamination, Lash Lift & Tint (Lash Extensions an Advantage)
• PRODUCT Knowledge: DERMALOGICA, ENVIRON & OPTIPHI
• Conduct in-depth consultations, confidently analysing skin concerns and prescribing personalised treatment plans.
• Educate clients on home care routines and product recommendations.
• Maintain exceptional Hygiene standards and a polished, welcoming treatment space.
• Drive Retail Sales and Treatment bookings through genuine, results-driven recommendations.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
