POSITION INFO:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager.
- MUST have Grade 12 with a formal Hospitality Degree/ Diploma, preferably.
- Be Computer Literate.
- MUST have Micros System Experience.
- 3 years of experience in a Management position at a Restaurant / Hotel.
- MUST be a polite and friendly person with a strong personality who can think on their feet.
- BE a well-spoken and well-presented individual.
- BE a strong leader who can oversee employees.
- MUST be able to manage the entire service operation of the restaurant.
- Create and maintain relationships with guests in the restaurant.
- Daily meetings and handovers with staff rostering.
- Maintain and achieve Restaurant Targets.
- Do monthly stock takes
- ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS PROVIDED.
