• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a Medical-Aesthetic or Luxury Spa environment
• Proven experience supporting medical professionals and/or managing a high-end Spa
• Advanced knowledge of professional skincare brands (e.g. SkinCeuticals, DemaQuest)
• Proficiency in aesthetic technologies, including:
• Microneedling
• Laser treatments
• Skin tightening and Radio Frequency devices
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience using the ZENOTI Clinic/Spa booking system
• Strong client service ethos with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership capability and team development experience
• Commercial awareness with a strong ability to drive sales and client growt
