The Role: 180 Recruiter / Delivery Consultant
This is a dedicated 180 recruitment position focused entirely on candidate delivery and end-to-end account management. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, qualifying, and matching high-calibre professionals within the engineering and construction sectors while managing multiple vacancies and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
The role is strictly delivery-focused, allowing you to concentrate on recruitment execution, candidate relationships, and successful placements without any business development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 2+ years'' experience recruiting within the engineering and/or construction sectors
- Source, identify, and engage qualified white-collar engineering and construction professionals
- Manage high-volume candidate pipelines across multiple live vacancies
- Conduct detailed candidate screening and qualification interviews
- Match suitable candidates to client requirements and vacancy specifications
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery process from sourcing through to placement
- Build and maintain talent pools for future recruitment requirements
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Update recruitment systems and candidate records accurately
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful vacancy fulfilment
About You
- Minimum 2+ years'' experience in engineering and/or construction recruitment
- Proven experience recruiting white-collar professionals such as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Planners, and similar technical roles
- Strong background in candidate sourcing and delivery-focused recruitment
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment pipelines and multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Excellent telephone communication and candidate engagement skills
- Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment abilities
- Highly resilient with the ability to perform in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a 180 recruitment or delivery consultant role would be advantageous
